Who’s Eliza Fayle, and What’s She All About?
Eliza is the head and founder of Make Way for Biz. She’s the kind of person who believes in the entrepreneurial spirit, and she knows the challenges small business owners face every single day. She also knows how these same small business owners wear down, get tired and very often, burn out.
Eliza knows that almost 99% of business problems are resolved with clear processes. Clear expectations. Clear goals. Clear paths to get there. And she has the skills to create those paths to success.
Eliza has a Master’s Certificate in IT Project Management and has been trained in IT Project Management, Business Analysis, conflict management, process mapping, facilitation, technical writing, and human behavior.
She also has an extensive background in project management and IT, including over 12 years as an IT professional in a federal-level government organization, 6 years gathering business requirements for multiple government client branches, and 3 years as a project manager on a high-profile cross-governmental project.
That’s right, ladies and gentlemen: she has successfully streamlined federal government processes. If she can do that, she can do anything.
Who’s Erin Todd? And What’s She All About?
Erin is our secret weapon – she can be yours, too.
Prior to becoming part of the Make Way for Biz team, Erin managed a photography studio, handling everything from crying babies to run-amok 5-year-old children to giggling teens to demanding parents who want nothing but perfection. Fast.
She rose to the challenge every single time.
After Erin had calmly taken the perfect shot, she worked behind the studio scenes, performing administrative duties, tallying up financial reports, managing staff, and marketing the studio.
Erin’s levelheaded ability to settle everyone down make her a definite asset in the fast-paced, hectic and often stressful world of business.
